Who is the program recommended for?
- there are complaints from the cardiovascular system (pain in the heart area, interruptions in heart function, rapid or slow heartbeat, shortness of breath, dizziness)
- there are alarming symptoms: swelling of the lower extremities, blueness of the lips and nails, fatigue during physical activity, shortness of breath when lying down)
- have a personal or family history of heart and vascular diseases (heart attacks, hypertension, heart valve pathology, arrhythmias, etc.)
- there are risk factors (alcohol abuse and smoking, work associated with stress, comorbidities: diabetes mellitus, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, atherosclerosis, overweight or obesity, sedentary lifestyle)
- preventive examination after 40 years in the absence of complaints and risks
- preventive examination if you regularly engage in intense sports, in preparation for planned surgical interventions
