Who is the program recommended for?
- there are alarming symptoms: unexplained weight loss, weakness and fatigue, anemia
- have a personal or family history of cancer
- there are risk factors (alcohol abuse and smoking, concomitant pathologies: precancerous diseases, menstrual irregularities, uterine fibroids, ovarian cysts, cervical erosion, mastopathy, obesity, work in hazardous industries, living in a region with an unfavorable environment)
- preventive examination after 40 years in the absence of complaints and risks
- preventive examination when planning pregnancy, in preparation for planned surgical interventions
What's included in the program
- clinical blood test
- General urine test (creatinine, total bilirubin, alanine transaminase (ALT), aspartate transaminase (AST), thyrotropin, tumor marker CA 125, tumor marker CA 15-3, tumor marker CEA
- coagulogram (APTT, INR, TV, fibrinogen)
- electrocardiography
- Ultrasound of the abdominal organs
- Ultrasound of the uterus and appendages, ultrasound of the mammary glands
- chest x-ray
- consultation with an anesthesiologist
- video esophagogastroduodenoscopy, video colonoscopy with anesthesia
- test for the presence of Helocobacter
- consultation with an obstetrician-gynecologist based on research results
- consultation with a general practitioner based on research results
