Who is the program recommended for?
- there are alarming symptoms: unexplained weight loss, weakness and fatigue, anemia
- have a personal or family history of cancer
- there are risk factors (alcohol abuse and smoking, concomitant pathologies: precancerous diseases, prostate hyperplasia, gastrointestinal diseases, obesity, working in hazardous industries, living in a region with an unfavorable environment)
- preventive examination after 40 years in the absence of complaints and risks
What's included in the program
- clinical blood test
- biochemical blood test (creatinine, total bilirubin, alanine transaminase (ALT), aspartate transaminase (AST), total and free prostate-specific antigen, thyrotropin
- coagulogram (APTT, INR, TV, fibrinogen)
- electrocardiography
- chest x-ray
- Ultrasound of the prostate transrectal
- Ultrasound of the abdominal organs
- consultation with an anesthesiologist
- video esophagogastroduodenoscopy, video colonoscopy with anesthesia
- test for the presence of Helicobacter
- consultation with a urologist based on research results
- consultation with a general practitioner based on research results
