Contact the administrator (in the lobby of the main hospital building) for a paper application form, fill it out and give it to the administrator.
After submitting the application, you must wait for the decision of the hospital administration. The time frame for making a decision is within 1 business day. To enter the hospital, you will need an application with a positive decision and an identity document.
